Rumson Rec’s Reusable Bottle Initiative

Rumson Recreation is excited to announce its reusable bottle initiative for the Rumson and Two-River Community. Starting Fall 2022, Rumson Rec is calling on the community to choose reusable bottles for their hydration needs while visiting parks throughout The Borough.

Members of the Rumson Recreation Department and Rumson Recreation Commission will be giving out prizes at random to those using reusable water bottles during leisure activities, sporting events and community gatherings throughout the year.

According to Case Western Reserve University, reusable water bottles are not only cost effective, but they also improve recycling rates, supporting our environment, and are a healthier hydration option for you.

In the past year, The Borough has installed bottle filling stations at Meadow Ridge Park and Victory Park.
