NJHS Students Make a Big Impact

On Friday, April 21 for Earth Day, Forrestdale School's National Junior Honor Society spent the afternoon participating in our First Annual Community Cleanup! Our 55 students, Advisers Sommer VanDeBoe and Kristen Downs, and 16 parent volunteers cleaned up four of Rumson's parks as well as our Rumson School District school grounds. In addition, students supported two of Rumson's senior citizens by helping with weeding, raking, and gardening. We are so proud of the students' leadership and dedication to community service!
