A Halloween Celebration For The Ages

October provide to be an incredible setting for the annual Rumson Rec Halloween Celebrations in The Borough.

Starting with Movies & Popcorn in the park, Victory Park hosted more than 200 members of the community for laughs, snacks and memories under the stars to Watch Hotel Transylvania 2.

Despite the weather trying to slow us down, Rumson Recreation was able to host its annual Halloween festival at Riverside Park on Wednesday, October 26th.

With big support from Rumson Police Department and The Rumson PTO, families were able to enjoy Halloween tricks and treats from local businesses and families prior to the second annual Rumson Halloween Egg Hunt, which featured more than 2,000 eggs spread throughout the park! A special thank you to the Rumson PTO, RFH AYF Bulldawg Cheerleaders, HS Key Club volunteers and our student helpers from Forrestdale for their efforts.

The festivities wrapped up Halloween weekend with the third annual Rumson Halloween House Decorating Contest. With 14 participating homes and more than 350 votes tallied, the winners of the 2022 Rumson Halloween House Decorating Contest Winners Are:
